CP: there is a somewhat infamous point in the game, around 20 hours in, where it becomes much less Linear, and you can choose your party, explore, and sidequest. everything before that is a giant warm up. I believe this happens around chapter 10.
Speaking of which, I'm rather enjoying the Ensemble cast style of storytelling that's going on in the opening chapters. It's very unique for most games, let alone a series like final fantasy. _________________

| I'm well aware, but when there's only 13 chapters, and the first 10 are just a warm-up, then there is a problem |

Well, since chapter 10 is the half way point...nobody said chapters were equal. Considering the first 2 chapters are both about an hour long, and I doubt I'm playing a 15 hour game... _________________

I don't know though, she was scary in Hamlet and a whore in Fight Club |

Although I also never tried playing online during that day. |

No, the Leap Year thing is unrelated. That was a problem where the PS3's two internal clocks couldn't sync up (one had Feb 29th, 2010 as a date, which the other knew didn't exist) and it wouldn't work for certain things, namely time sensitive things, online things, or games that used DLC (including trophies)
It fixed itself when the date changed. The PS3 never actually broke, honestly, that's just a misconception.
This is different. I was wandering the (GORGEOUS) Crystal Lake, and the graphics got static. Wanting to fix it, I restarted the console, and when I turned it back on, there was no display.
I'm going to try fixing it today. It'll be fuuun.
After listening to the Japanese theme song, I'm rather happy they chose to replace it for the West with something unusual and unique. Leona Lewis has a very pretty voice. _________________

She is the dirty hot chick, at least my brother and I think so. Like she needs a good shower, but she is still kinda hot.
Any other person I have talk to completely disagrees D=
Oh and that goes for any role of hers excluding the red queen... that wasn't so hot. _________________

oh really? I'd not heard of that. It's interesting if true.
Meanwhile, I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place, trying every available means to fix my PS3.
And when I say every available means, I mean "if anyone has a mob connection they've been hiding, now's the time to come clean." _________________

Ok, it's fixed. our long national nightmare is over.
Seriously, though, that was scary. I don't have money to blow on shit like this. _________________
